DESCRIPTION

    Procodine Syrup-C is effective in relieving of cough, spasm of whooping cough and cold symptoms like runny nose. It is a yellow,

clear syrup with attractive peach flavour.

    The active ingredients of Procodine Syrup-C are as follows:

    Chlorpheniramine Maleate is an antihistamine to relieve allergic symptoms like runny nose

    Codeine Phosphate functions as a cough suppresant.

    Ephedrine Hydrochloride functions as a bronchodilator and nasal decongestant.

　

INGREDIENTS

Each 5ml of Procodine Syrup-C contains:

    Chlorpheniramine Maleate                2 mg

    Codeine Phosphate                           9 mg 

    Ephedrine Hydrochloride                   8 mg 

 

INDICATIONS
   Relief of cough, the spasm of whooping cough and allergic symptoms in cold like runny nose
　

 

DOSAGE & ADMINISTRATION

    Adults and children above 12 years: 7.5-15ml three or four times daily.

    Children 5 to 12 years: 3.5-7.5ml three or four times daily

    Children 2 to 5 years: 1.5ml three or four times daily

    Children under 1 year: Not recommended

　

CAUTIONS

    This may cause drowsiness. If affected, do not drive or operate machinery.

    It is dangerous to exceed the stated dose
