DESCRIPTION
Ibuprofen Suspension is a pink liquid preparation with
strawberry flavour with ibuprofen as active ingredient.
Ibuprofen belongs to a drug class called Non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID). Ibuprofen is used in the management of
fever, and pain like headache and sore throat. Ibuprofen has the lowest side
effects profile among all NSAIDs.
INGREDIENT
Each 5ml of the Ibuprofen Suspension contains 100mg of Ibuprofen
INDICATIONS
Post-immunisation pyrexia
Headache
Fever
Sore throat
Teething pain
CONTRAINDICATIONS
Severe heart failure
With active (or history of ) peptic ulceration
History of hypersensitivity to aspirin or other NSAID
ADMINISTRATION
The preparation should be taken as directed by the physician
The preparation should be taken with meals
The container should be shaken well before use
