DESCRIPTION
Mediformin tablets 500mg and 850mg are intended for people concerned about blood sugar.
INGREDIENT
Each tablet contains Metformin Hydrochlodride 500mg or 850mg
CONTRAINDICATIONS
Renal failure or renal dysfunction
Intravascular administration of iodinated contrast media in radiologic studies
(Be discontinued prior to the test and do not restart Mediformin tablet until renal function returns to normal)
CAUTIONS
Keep out of reach of children
Store in a cool and dry place
ADMINISTRATION
Mediformin tablet should be administered as directed by the physician.
